So I noticed when in Florida that alot of the other teams had a big problem of getting beached on a resource.

Cabrillo's Swarmies intentionally drive much slower and were not affected nearly as much or at all, but it was still concerning.

I was thinking something between the wheel wells or full fenders or a skirt but wanted to test something that you could just pop on.

I mentioned the problem to a Computer Information Systems student (Kevin C.) who happened to have taken some 3D modeling classes, we opened up the Swarmie model from the Swarmathon-Robot repo and he drew up a few models in Blender and have been printing them it at the Cabrillo's makerspace, we are still working on perfecting the hooks. When we are happy with the model I will upload the stl file.

I just wanted to start a conversation, if anyone has any ideas.

I'm unable to attach the individual files so I zipped them up

Swarmie Side Fender Rev3.blend
Swarmie Side Fender Rev3.stl
UM2GO_Swarmie Side Fender Rev3.gcode

Right now the hangers would require double sided sticky tape.

Let me know if someone has a better idea.
